Clock strikes

BRUTUS Peace! count the clock.

CASSIUS The clock hath stricken three.

TREBONIUS‘ Tis time to part. 

What’s wrong with this passage?
The use of clocks in Julius Caesar is an anachronism. Back in Roman times, there were no such things as clocks with bells.
